Well, we have all heard of various people in institutions who believe that they are Christ. (Do Islamic countries have Mohammed pretenders, I wonder?)
Anyway, a new one for me is Cacodemonomania, having sex with the devil.
The experience of having had intercourse with the devil has in the past been regarded as evidence that the individual is a witch. Those investigating cases of witchcraft were advised to seek the judgment of doctors, and the verdict of physicians became a test for the presence or absence of witchcraft. The woman described in this case study might well have suffered the death penalty in former times. She is unusual because of her belief that she had had intercourse with the Devil, and because the belief was shared by her religious minister.Not her doctor, you notice, but her religious minister. (Disdainful sniff.) Tried to find the original article but couldn't.

Well the Devil is supposed to have a dandy horn. Or two.
Mohammed pretenders would be branded heretics along with any and all followers and summarily executed and or hounded out of the region. case in point "ahmadiyas".
